همايش بین المللی دانشجويان ايراني شهرهاي شمالي شبه قاره هند در حوزه هاي مختلف علمي با هدف گسترش و توسعه پژوهش‌ها و تحقيقات دانشجويي و ايجاد بستري براي ارائه نتايج و مبادلات علمي ميان محققان و روزآمدسازي آگاهي دانشجويان از تحولّات علوم مختلف در تاريخ 2009/01/09 با همکاری رایزن علمی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در شبه قاره هند در شهر دهلي برگزار مي شود. اين همايش با توجه به اکثريت بودن دانشجويان علوم انساني، به طور ويژه در حوزه مطالعات ايران و هند برگزار خواهند شد و ساير حوزه هاي علمي و  پژوهشي در رشته‌هاي مختلف در کنار اين موضوع محوري خواهند بود. لازم به ذکر است که مقالات برتر در هر حوزه، انتخاب و معرفي خواهند شد. اين همايش به صورت بين المللي برگزار خواهد شد که فراخوان آن به زبان انگليسي در سايت مربوط به اين همايش آورده شده است.

محورهاي تخصصي همايش:
محور اول:
با توجه به محوريت اصلي همايش در حوزه مطالعات ايران و هند با رويکردهاي اجتماعي، فرهنگي، سياسي، اقتصادي، هنري و روانشناختي در موضوعات زير خواهند بود:
1-    فرهنگ و جامعه هندي
2-    اجتماعات ايراني در هند (از گذشته تا امروز)
3-    روابط ايران و هند (از گذشته تا امروز)
محور دوم:
مطالعات پژوهش هاي ساير حوزه هاي علمي که عبارتند از :
1-    علوم پايه و فني و مهندسي
2-    علوم پزشکي و بهداشتي
3-    علوم کشاورزي

 

شرایط شرکت در کنفرانس:
کلیه دانشجویان یا فارغ التحصیلان مقاطع مختلف در دانشگاه های هند می توانند در این همایش شرکت کنند. محدودیتی برای شرکت در هماهیش وجود ندارد.
پذيرش مقالات:
چکيده مقالات به دو زبان فارسي و انگليسي قابل تهيه و ارسال خواهند بود، اصل مقالات لازم است به يکي از دو زبان ( انگليسي يا فارسي) باشد. ارائه مقالات در روز همايش لازم يا به زبان انگليسي و يا با استفاده از اسلايدهاي دو زبانه باشد.
مقالات بايد نشان دهنده کار تحقيقي جديدي بوده و قبلا در مجموعه مقالات يا همايش ديگري چاپ نشده باشد. ارسال مقالات در قالب PDF و مطابق با استانداردهاي مقاله نويسي و به صورت الکترونيکي انجام مي گيرد. مقالات دريافتي حداقل توسط دو داور در زمينه تخصصي مقاله مورد نظر داوري و تصميم نهايي در مورد پذيرش مقالات بر اساس نظر داوران، توسط کميته علمي داوران اخذ خواهند شد.
انتشار مقالات :
متن چکيده مقالات به دو زبان چاپ و در اختيار شرکت کنندگان در همايش قرار خواهند گرفت و متن کامل مقالات نيز پيوسته به صورت مجموعه مقالات همايش انتشار خواهند يافت.

Call for Papers – Indo-Iranian Studies

The second (First international) annual conference of Iranian Students in India will be held at India Islamic Cultural Centre in Delhi at 09/01/2010.The main theme for the annual conference will be Indo-Iranian Studies.
Iranian students at Universities in Delhi, Aligarh and Chandigarh invite submissions for papers and poster presentations for their research in the conference on 09/01/2009. Researchers and students from all disciplines who are engaged in research relating to Indo – Iranian Studies firstly, and science, Technology, Engineering, Agriculture and other related disciplines secondly are encouraged to submit papers.
The field of Indo-Iranian engages in both theoretical and empirical study of subjects related to Indo-Iranian issues, which is the main theme of this conference, within historical, contemporary, interdisciplinary, multi-cultural, national, and global contexts. Each combination of perspectives provides new insights into the special field that researchers and student are doing their research in all disciplines. The interdisciplinary nature of the field is one of its greatest strengths and the core of its remarkable potential for scholarly advancement, but also leaves the field open for exploration and interrogation, and its borders difficult, if not impossible, to define.
In an attempt to define these diverse fields, conference proposes defining Indio-Iranian Studies by “doing” research in this two field specially by Iranian students studying in India, but the conference will be open for all researchers and students from other countries. It will explore the field by offering explorations within it. We seek papers from all disciplines that keep the Indo-Iranian issues as their central focus, providing critical thought and insight while locating them in different contexts, fields, and ideologies.
In keeping with what we believe is the essential interdisciplinary nature of Indo-Iranian Studies, this conference seeks to be interdisciplinary itself. We seek proposals from all disciplines—Education, Literature, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Law, Political Science, History, Criminology, Philosophy, Medicine, Religion, Film studies, Agriculture and - as well as interdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary scholarly work.
The range of open topics within these fields is as broad as the contexts of the experiences of interrelation of Iranian and Indian culture.
Selected papers will be grouped into panels that may be based around discipline, theme, or perspective, but will demonstrate the common grounding of the papers in their mutual exploration of Indo-Iranian studies.

Participants are invited to submit proposals on the themes below:
The main themes:
1-    Interrelation of Indo-Iranian societies, Historical and contemporary perspective
2-    Iranian Communities in India: past and present
3-    Indian Communities in Iran: past and present

Secondary themes:

1-    Science and Medical Sciences
2-    Technology and related  disciplines
3-    Agriculture

Paper presentations should be limited to 20 minutes in length.
